I've done the icon truth meme 3 times before, and they seemed like fun, so I'll do it again.
If you want to see the first three, they are here:
- part one
- part two
- part three

Comment with your username and people will comment with what they feel about your icons. COMMENT TO THOSE PEOPLE ANONYMOUSLY, even if it's good or bad. Feel free to use examples, but please try not to hotlink. If you need to, use a regular link to an image.
Of course you don't have to comment anonymously, but I would strongly suggest it.

Anon is on and IP tracking is off. So, TELL EVERYONE TO PARTICIPATE!

And please don't be rude when commenting, there is a difference between constructive and destructive criticism. Also, even if you feel like you're not the best icon maker, please comment anyway, or comment to other people. This is supposed to help people grow, and see their strengths and weaknesses.

(If no one comments to this or anything, I will be so sad)

Re: I might regret this...
I'm not a fan of your current style, but you do very much own it. I appreciate how you take risks and are continually trying new things in your art. I like your vibrant colors but not how your skintones turn out. Everyone looks bright pink or orange on my monitor. Not very attractive. =/

Also, I think your icon image quality might look better if you actually did less with the image. I know when I try to do too much coloring or layer too many textures on, no matter how hi-res the image, the compression artifacts come out and make the icon look like it's of a bad quality image. I don't know if you do your color/texture work before resizing or not, but I've found that helps to minimize compression artifacts.

All that said, your text and humor icons are like no one else's. I wish I was even a quarter as funny as you are. Keep on keepin' on!
